I just got this in December 2025 and the screen is out. It won't charge, it won't do anything. I wasted a whole box of coils while it was almost working. It would come on, then burn my coil. I kept changing it to a new one but it eventually just stopped doing anything at all. I'm trying to wait in my Pre-order but I think I may have to do the Warranty. I wish they replaced the coils too. I haven't tried contacting them since I'm waiting for a pre-order. They have great Customer Service.I may to though since the pre-order isn't ready. It's just I'm not sure how to show something doesn't work when it won't come on.

Really solid device with a strong, satisfying hit. The dual-battery setup lasts me almost two full days, even with heavy use. Great for anyone who hates charging all the time.

Terrible software. I'm clearly not the only one having these problems. The wattage changes on it's own for no reason. The mode changes randomly. The "lock" buttons do not work correctly. You have to turn the lock settings ON to unlock it and vice versa, but even if power lock is OFF(which means on) it still changes wattage at random. It's really poorly designed. I contacted voopoo support about the issue to see if a firmware update is available and unfortunately there is no firmware update. They are sending me a new device, so when I get to test the new one, I will update my review.

Not sure if I got a defective unit or not, but this burned through 4 low resistance coils in a week. The touchscreen is annoying. It constantly opens and changes the drag mode and often turns it up to max power. I would not recommend this.

The device feels premium and responds quickly when firing. I use it both at home and on the go, and it performs consistently in both settings.

Summary... just get the X2. I previously had the Drag X2 and absolutely loved it. A week ago I was cleaning my X2 and one of the springs internally must have came off of the pin so it wouldn't make a connection to the coil. In a hurry I went to my local vape shop and purchased the X3. I'm not going to say the X3 is bad... I love the option to use an 18650 or the 21700 and I like how the battery compartment still has magnets but also clicks into place and has the release button. My biggest issue with the device is the touch screen and software. Even with the locks turned "off" which is weird I still end up accidentally swiping up and then down and into the settings with normal use. I am constantly having to go back in and change modes. Even change themes a few times on accident, which the themes are NOT great. Clock is useless and is off after a day or two. I can deal with the 24 hour format but would like the option for 12 hour. Give us a software update please!

I ordered a Drag X2 in Golden Champagne and they were out of stock, so they sent pink. I told them I didn鈥檛 want that color and the result of their customer service was that I keep the pink one and the next month when they are replenished and they will send me an additional one color of my choice free of choice. Later on, I pointed out that one month to get the color right was too long and we agreed that they would send me not the Drag X2 but the new Drag X3 upgraded and shipped immediately completely free of charge. I got the exact color I picked, and I am very pleased with my experience. As for the vape I have now (the pink Drag X2), it鈥檚 a finely crafted piece of work that works very nice, and I watched some YouTube reviews on the Drag X3 and see it鈥檚 a perfected product now with some old quirks being addressed with the new model. I ordered 4 packs of coils as they also gave me a BOGO coupon that stacks multiple times in the same order, and am very pleased. Can鈥檛 wait to try my X3!
